Challenging
& Changing Our Children’s Food Culture

The first UK membership association dedicated to healthier children’s food and drink brands

What We Do

  1. We represent the brands that are redefining children’s food and drink

  2. We build impactful industry collaborations

  3. We empower parents to make informed, confident decisions

  4. We work to create a healthier food environment for every child

With the support of our independent panel of accredited dietitians and nutritionists, we have developed a set of membership criteria which take into account the whole nutritional spectrum, from artificial ingredients to sugar and salt levels. Member brands must meet these standards in order to become "KFDC Approved", thereby offering an easy and simple way for everyone to know which products really do represent a healthier choice.

Now Partnered with Netmums!

We are thrilled to announce our recent partnership with Netmums’ new Family Food platform. For 25 years, Netmums has been supporting families with help and advice rooted in the realities of being a parent in the modern world. They’ve identified that feeding kids can be one of the most challenging parts of being a parent, and have set out to help families navigate this tricky journey.

“We're delighted to be working with the Kids Food and Drink Collective to further our shared mission of supporting parents and making family life that bit easier. Together, we can give mums, dads and carers the confidence that the food they’re putting on the table is healthier, affordable, and something kids will actually enjoy.”

Join the KFDC

With the support of our independent panel of accredited dietitians and nutritionists, the Kids’ Food and Drink Collective has developed a set of criteria that a brand’s products will need to meet in order to join. It has been informed by public health guidance and aims to capture products that show a commitment to promoting improved health, nutrition, and overall well-being.
